Message	on an open public road. I know it was a charity event being held by his charity foundation. The impression that I get from the bits and pieces I've read is that people were giving donations in exchange for rides. If they were giving "thrill rides" to donators, I'd have to imagine they had roads closed off for the event. Or did this happen after the event with just him and his friend? If you've got any links that give more details I'd be interested in reading them.
